DUI schools are designed to inform motorists who have been arrested for driving under the influence about the dangers that they could have or may have caused themselves and others on the road. These programs are offered and licensed by the state of California and are usually available for 18 or 30 months.

As a DUI offender, you are required to enroll and complete one of these programs; failure to do so will result in you being in violation of probation which will only add severe consequences to your previous sentence.
