SANTA ROSA WOMAN PLEADS GUILTY TO GROSS VEHICULAR MANSLAUGHTER

Last September Kathy O’Daniel a mother of five was killed in a car accident allegedly caused by Judy Shafer. O’Daniel’s was driving her 15-year-old daughter home from volleyball practice when they were struck by Shafer’s Jeep. Shafer was found to be driving with a blood alcohol level of .19%.
