As a DUI offender in Riverside County, whether this is your first time DUI offense or you are a multiple DUI offender, you will be required to enroll and complete a DUI program for alcohol and/or drugs.

These programs, which are licensed by the state of California, are offered in 18 and 30 month increments. Failure to enroll and/or complete a mandated DUI program will result in you being in violation of probation.
