MOTOR HOME CRASH RESULTS IN FELONY DUI ARREST

A 24-year-old Fresno man has been arrested for a felony driving under the influence charge after he crashed his motor home, injuring two of his passengers.

According to the Times Standard, Eric Leslie Harry was driving a 1982 Ford motor home when he ran off the road and hit a guardrail before continuing and finally hitting a tree. The accident occurred around 2:46pm Saturday when Harry was heading southbound on US Highway 101. Harry was not injured; however two of his passengers who were both in the rear of the motor home were taken to local hospitals. Anthony J. Sherman, 21, was treated for major injuries while Daniel J. Terry, 28, was treated for moderate injuries. A third person, Jeffrey Clinton Maddox, 31 was seated in the front passenger seat and was not injured. Harry was arrested and booked into the Mendocino County jail for a felony DUI charge.
