IDAHO SENATOR ARRESTED FOR DUI

POSTED BY THOMAS V. WALLIN || 20-JUN-2011

An Idaho state senator has been arrested for driving under the influence and grand theft early Sunday morning.

According to the Huffington Post, the four-term Republican John McGee was leaving a Boise golf course at around 3am when he climbed into a Ford Excursion with a 20-foot travel trailer that was attached. The Excursion’s keys were in the vehicle so McGee drove off but came to a stop when he tried to make a turn and the Excursion and travel trailer ended up jack-knifed in the driveway. McGee was arrested for a DUI with a .15 blood alcohol level.
