Marc Anthony Guillory, a former District Attorney with San Bernardino and San Francisco faces suspension of his bar license after receiving multiple DUI convictions over his lifetime. In 1999, Guillory was the driver in a tragic crash that resulted in the death of his cousin. He entered a plea to reckless driving with alcohol involved.
