POSTED BY THOMAS V. WALLIN || 20-MAY-2011

Brandon Mullock, a former Sacramento Police officer, is facing criminal charges for lying about California DUI arrests.

According to the Sacramento CBS Local, Mullock is facing 34 counts of perjury and filing a false report by a police officer for mostly DUI as well as domestic violence cases. Mullock was under investigation last year when there were discrepancies were found between the officer’s dash cam video and his written reports. If convicted, the former police officer could be looking at spending the next 23 years and 8 months in prison.

Unfortunately, not all DUI arrests are done according to specific guidelines but because of this, our California DUI Attorneys are able to investigate the arrest and bring up any discrepancies at court to ensure that you receive the best possible result.
