ACTOR ARRESTED FOR DUI IN SANTA CRUZ COUNTY

POSTED BY THOMAS V. WALLIN || 31-JAN-2011

Alan Tudyk was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence in Soquel.

According to the Santa Cruz Sentinel, the “Dodgeball” and “Death at a Funeral” actor was stopped at around 1am after CHP officers saw his Land Cruiser speeding 40 mph in a 25 mph zone. Tudyk declined a breathalyzer test but he did fail a field sobriety test and was arrested without incident.

Field sobriety tests must be done in accordance to specific guidelines and oftentimes, officers fail to administer them correctly. If you have been arrested after failing a field sobriety test, contact our Santa Cruz County DUI Defense Attorneys to find out how we can help you.
